A Tribute to Ishmeet Singh




Today a great loss has occurred to the music industry in the form of Ishmeet Singh’s sudden death. Ishmeet Singh, the boy from Ludhiana who won the Voice of India title last year is no more. This news is a real shock.
Ishmeet Singh was the only son of his parents. This 19 yr old boy was just 18 when he won the very 1st season of Voice of India and created history.

Initially when Ishmeet decided to participate in the Voice of India competition his parents were not willing but when he won the title in the end they were really proud of their son. His sudden untimely death has shaken them totally.
Apart from Voice of India Ishmeet had also participated in Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar competition this year. He had also launched his own music album.
Ishmeet went to Maldives to present a show of the music company with which he had a contract. His show was on August 1. He was staying in a resort in Male. There in the resort’s swimming pool he died due to drowning in the water. Ishmeet’s parents came to know about this sad news by the music company officials.
Every one including Ishmeet’s family, relatives, friends, his mentors are all shocked with this news.
It is really a hard time for Ishmeet’s parents and his sister. May God give them courage to bear this great loss! May God bless his great soul!
In the end we can say only one thing that Ishmeet will remain always alive in our memories.
