1 (15.5 ounce) can cannellini or navy beans, drained and rinsed 1 cup sliced, water-packed artichoke hearts 1 cup sliced jarred roasted red pepper 1 cup frozen green beans, thawed, or fresh cooked green beans, trimmed 1 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes (rehydrated, drained, and sliced) 1 (6 ounce) can white-meat tuna, drained and flaked 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon salt Fresh ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients and chill in a serving bowl for 1 hour.
