| વીતેલ યાદને તાજી કરી ઘણું રોયાં,
તમે જો નોખા થયા એ પછી ઘણું રોયાં.
છુપાવી પાલવે ચહેરાને અડધી રાતોમાં,
સળગતી વાટને ધીમી કરી ઘણું રોયાં.
કદમ કદમ બધે યાદો તમારી આવે જ્યાં,
હજાર વાર એ રસ્તે ફરી ઘણું રોયાં.
સળગતી ધૂપમાં રોયા નહીં જે રસ્તામાં,
પછીત છાંયડે બેઠા પછી ઘણું રોયાં.
બપોર આખો ઊકળતી વરાળ જોઇને,
ભરેલ વાદળાં સાંજે પછી ઘણું રોયાં.
સમયની સાથ વિલય થાતા છેલ્લા શ્વાસ સુધી,
બધાય દૂરથી જોતા રહી ઘણું રોયાં.
વમળમાં ડૂબી ગઇ નાવ જ્યારે આશાની,
ઉછાળી મોજાં કિનારા પછી ઘણું રોયાં.
ને આમ તો રોતા કદી ન જોયા છે,
છતાંય રાતના રોયા પછી ઘણું રોયાં | |
