| We all know it is important to take care of our feet like we do any other part of our body. Even while taking care of our feet there are some things that we must remember. In our enthusiasm to take care of our feet we must do damage them. Given below is some information of foot care don’ts and do’s.
Foot Care Don’ts:-
Do not apply lotion between your toes, as it can lead to fungal skin infections.
Do not use a razor on your calluses. Use firm pressure and your nail file instead.
After wearing heels for an entire day, ensure that you give your feet a break and slip them into a pair of comfortable sandals.
Foot Care Dos:-
Rub your foot with a soda can or tennis ball. This will soothe and relax your feet.
Use petroleum jelly on dry feet before you go to bed and then cover them with socks. They will be softer and sleeker in the morning.
While applying polish starting with the smallest toes and continue across all the toes. | |
