| Applying Mascara
Every type of eyes requires mascara. It is used to darken, lengthen and thicken your eyelashes. Don’t apply mascara before curling your eyelashes, as this can cause lashes to stick to the curler, or to become brittle and break. Make your lashes long and lush by following a few steps. Step 1. CurlFirst give your lashes a lift by using an eyelash curler. Make sure the curler is free of excess mascara. Hold the eyelash curler as close as possible to the base of the lashes . Squeeze for a few seconds, then move the curler down the shaft of the lashes and squeeze again. For the lower lashes, just use the tip of the wand and stroke down from the base to the tips of the lashes. For the thickest, darkest lashes apply a coat of mascara and wait for it to dry, using a lash comb to separate the lashes while you’re waiting, then reapply a final coat. For extra curl, use a hair dryer to warm the pad of your eyelash curler slightly before using. Step 2. ColourBlack mascara generally suits most women. For a softer look prefer dark brown Brown for daytime and black for evening is a good compromise.Different colours – such as green, purple or blue – tend to go in and out of fashion, and are probably best left for nights out (or for the very confident). | |
