Zakhm bhi khana tabassum bhi labon par rakhna
Kis ki taqleed hai aainey pe pathhar rakhna

Phir parakhna meri maasoom talab ko E - humdum
Chand angaarey bhi pholon ke barabar rakhna

Aasmaan laakh mujhey sajda -e- taazeem karey
Main na bhuloonga magar paoon zameen par rakhna

Goonj sakti hai kisi waqt koi tishna sada
Apni tahveel me darya na samandar rakhna

Bhigi palkon se saza hijr ki dene waley
Mujhse kab hoga ye manzar pas-e- manzar rakhna

Kal bhi rona hai tumhe subho ki mayyat pe SAM
Kuchh lahoo dida -e- garyaan me bacha kar rakhna
