| Dessert -- Chocolate Chess Pie One half cup butter 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate 1 small can (4-oz.) evaporated milk 2 eggs beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups sugar 2 Tbsp. flour 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Melt butter, add chocolate and melt, then add the remaining ingredients stirring constantly. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.
The Skinny: Use fat free evaporated milk and your favorite egg and sugar substitute. | |
