Dessert -- Chocolate Chess Pie
One half cup butter
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 small can (4-oz.) evaporated milk
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Melt butter, add chocolate and melt, then add the remaining ingredients stirring constantly.

Cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.

The Skinny: Use fat free evaporated milk and your favorite egg and

sugar substitute.
